CIEH Basic Food Hygiene - Course Overview
This first level qualification in Basic Food Hygiene, delivered by Achievable Training and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), is nationally recognised in all sectors of the food industry.
Over 40 deaths per annum are a result of food poisoning and are commonly caused by carelessness or ignorance.
