Team Development - Course Overview
Whether you are leading a team or working as part of a team, it is a skill that needs to be learned and developed. We will facilitate events that are fun, interactive and we can make them as mentally and physically challenging as you like. The whole focus of team development training is on improving the way that people work together and practical application of the skills learned on their return to the work environment.
Who is it for?
Quite simply anyone who is not a hermit!
Course Objectives
- To establish a team identity
- To break down any perceived barriers that a management structure may create
- To enable self and team evaluation during and after activities
- To enable the team to examine their own strengths and opportunities and share those with others
- To action plan all the skills learned over the two days and put them into practice on their return to work
- To provide an informal and fun environment where team members can get to know each other
Course Duration
That’s up to you. We can organise anything from small half day events and conferences indoor, to blind Land Rover driving, outdoor! The sky’s the limit. You decide what your team needs and we’ll bring them together through a journey of self discovery!!!
Profiling

Learn more about yourself through ‘Insights’. This profiling system works through a questionnaire and although you only answer 20 questions, it will tell you more about yourself, than you will ever believe. Through the Insights seminar, you will also learn about your ‘opposite type’ and how to relate and work with them.
